Close to restaurants, shopping, and surf spots. Incredible shared space amenities on Roof Terrace and Pool area include lounging, TV, multiple working spaces, a shared kitchen (in addition to your own), and plenty of places to relax and entertain. Every condo is designed for privacy and comfort; with easy access to the pool area, terrace & office. Lush large rooftop overlooks the Sea of Cortez with ample lounges, a star-gazing cot, a handcrafted day bed, a TV, games, and firepits. Pool deck features lounges, umbrellas, pool towels, pool toys, a palm-tree hammock, a swing, a grill BBQ, bar service window connected to a CoWorking lounge / chill spot. Washer / Dryer are in the alcove outside next to the staircase on the first floor, at the end of the hallway. They are located behind the curtains, next to the trash cans and fridge. Feel free to use them.

Prestocking services, and much more! Share your email after you book so we can send you info! Washer / Dryer are in the alcove outside next to the staircase on the first floor, at the end of the hallway. They are located behind the curtains, next to the trash cans and fridge. Feel free to use them. The unit is close to the highway and light sleepers may have difficulty falling asleep. Most of our guests experience no disruption from the noise, we also have double pane windows, noise machines should you want to use them, and ear plugs. Wifi service; 602 Mbps download and 153 Mbps upload. Unfortunately no dogs, including service dogs. Suggested age is 16 years and above. Fire extinguisher is in 2nd story closet. First aid kit in studio.
