Designed to provide privacy and comfort for our valued guests; easy access to the pool area, terrace, or office. The privileged location offers a wide variety of supermarkets, restaurants, spa, ATM, beach, cafeterias, etc. The large entertaining rooftop overlooks the Sea of Cortez with plenty of lounges, seating areas, games, a star-gazing cot, firepits, and a handcrafted day bed.
Other Details to Note
The unit is close to the highway and light sleepers may have difficulty falling asleep. Most of our guests experience no disruption from the noise, we also have double pane windows, noise machines should you want to use them, and ear plugs. Wifi service; 602 Mbps download and 153 Mbps upload. No dogs including service dogs. Suggested age is minimum 16 years old. Fire extinguisher is in 2nd story closet. First aid kit in studio.
