My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this Cabo San Lucas condo. The location is perfect, just a short drive to downtown and close to Fresko and Costco for easy grocery runs.
The condo was spotless, well-furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the rooftop splash pool and appreciated the air conditioning on hot days.
Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the gated community felt very secure.
There is a pickleball court about 200 yards away with lights on from 5:30–9:30 pm, which was a minor inconvenience, but blackout shades helped, and it didn’t affect our overall enjoyment.
Highly recommend this clean, comfortable, and conveniently located condo. We’d definitely stay again!

Can’t say enough about our experience! Despite being our first time in Cabo, we found the instructions super accurate and easy to follow. The views of the ocean were incredible! The accommodations were pristine yet comfortable! The condo has everything you would need to settle in, but also the location boasts a wonderful market nearby for anything you might want. There’s plenty to do and see all within a short drive! Adventures abound! The locals were friendly and helpful! The laid back vibe took the stress out of any “newcomer anxiety.” We felt perfectly safe and found some peace and quiet, something we cherish. We can’t rate this gem highly enough!!

Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views
My husband and I visited Cabo with my sister and her husband, and we had an incredible time. One of the highlights was watching whales — on an excursion, but also right from the condo! If it’s whale migration season you will see them from the room! The views from the balconies and rooftop patio (including from the plunge pool) were amazing!!
The unit feels brand new and was very clean. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped (has a coffee maker!) and the space was very comfortable for the four of us.
The location is great — a perfect base for all Cabo activities, or just for relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. We rented a car as shopping (Costco, Walmart, and much more) is a five minute drive. The main beach and marina in Cabo is about a 12 minute drive.
Additional recommendation is to shop for groceries or hit the cafe at Fresko. It’s a beautiful store with amazing breakfast and lunch if you want to treat yourself.

I stayed here with my brother, father, and son-in-law, and we had an amazing time. This penthouse condo is very comfortable with great views both downstairs and from the rooftop patio. The A/C worked great, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the private rooftop plunge pool was the perfect spot to relax.
Johnny helped us arrange a half-day fishing trip, and we ended up catching a couple of big Marlin and some Mahi Mahi. We also did a short snorkeling tour on another day — both excursions were fantastic.
The condo’s location is very convenient. It’s not on the beach, so the price is more reasonable, but with our rental car, everything was super easy to get to — the marina, beaches, restaurants, and even Costco and Fresko (a nice grocery store) were just a few minutes away.
Highly recommend this place — awesome setup for a guys' trip, family trip, or just a relaxing Cabo getaway. Great value and great views!
