Great place and a perfect location. Wonderful water view. Clean unit. Comfortable bed. A walk to activities, restaurants, bars, beaches, mall, shops, and a supermarket. I could not of asked for anything more. I also thought it was a good value.

Gorgeous home, great location, comfortable beds and walking distance to the beach. We loved this home and enjoyed the pool and spacious, well equipped kitchen. Wished we could've stayed longer! The only issues we had was the internet - which was very sporadic, and our phone service (Verizon) which was terrible in this location. Still - we loved this place and would stay again!

What a Beautiful spot to spend your vacation. The location right on the beach to watch the sunrise and sunset was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless with lots of storage. Kitchen had everything you need to make a meal or pop into the palapa for an inexpensive meal. Felt very safe walking into the marina or over to Medano beach. Would love to come back again!! The condo is beautiful and pristine! The beds were very comfortable and each room had its own AC system. The complex is very quiet and the pool during the day is not busy. The restaurant and bar on the property was inexpensive and delicious. You can walk on the beach to other restaurants and bars as well. To get to downtown it’s about a 5-10 minute taxi and costs roughly $15 each way. It was great to be close to everything but away from the craziness. I stayed here on a girls trip and we absolutely loved it!

Although my stay was short, I will definitely be back. It was in a great location right down by the Marina. Easy access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The unit was clean and Julie was very responsive.

Second visit and never want to leave. What a fantastic place and location. Hope to come back again and again. Place is always clean and comfortable. The palapa bar is the best. The best food. Lived everything.

Great stay, would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again on a future visit to Cabo. Close to everything and lots to do that is in walking distance. Place is even better than the pictures.

It’s a short two minute walk to the pool & beach, and a five minute walk to the marina. The vibe at the pool is quiet, relaxing with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. It was never crowded. The condo is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need to make your stay convenient.

Julie’s place makes you feel right at home. The location was great since we had a rental and had a shaded parking space and was close enough to the center but still far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The view from the rooftop in the morning is beautiful and a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee. I will be booking with Julie at this location next time I am back in Cabo.

Amazing location and condo front and center on the beach. Next to the pool that has breakfast and lunch, drinks until 5pm. Condo is very large with a patio and gas grill, Alexa units in each room for music needs. Toiletries and cooking equipment, beach chairs, laundry detergent, all provided. Gym was large and plenty of equipment. Grounds are very secure and gate at the entrance is always checking everyone. Highly recommend the suggested private SUV service as it's the same as a taxi ride (no Uber pickup at the airport). Uber is available around town and you need to let the front gate know if you want them to pick you up at the Lobby. We walked morning and night to the Marina restaurants and shopping in town. Near the gate is a little booth for Cabo Adventures and the company is top notch for excursions and very nice equipment (yachts, scuba facilities, ranch for ATVs and camel rides. Out of season but we saw giant whales one morning in front of the condo. Perfect place for us.
